Managing & Sustaining Change Workshop

1st Mar 2010
Change-TabThere is no getting away from the fact that making change happen is a core competency for managers these days; however the evidence suggests that a majority of change initiatives fail, with around 60% of change programmes being unsuccessful.

Drawing upon John Kotter’s ‘8 steps for leading change’, this one day workshop focuses on equipping participants with the skills to introduce and successfully manage change to ensure the organisational objectives are met.

Before the workshop, participants will be sent a complimentary copy of Kotter’s international, best selling book, Our Iceberg is Melting. Our Iceberg is Melting is a great 45 minute read, in fable format, about the dynamics and essential steps for change.

Throughout this workshop participants will be asked to apply the content to the change initiative they will be required to lead. Vitally, they will leave the workout with their own ‘fit for purpose’ Change Plan which will enable them to accelerate engagement and effectively achieve the intended change goal(s).

13 May 2010 – Central London
£345 (+VAT – includes all course material, lunch and refreshments)

For more information or to book your workshop place today on the one day Managing and Leading Change workshop, contact Helen at workouts@t-three.co.uk or on 01954 710780.
